PY Media is an Anangu organisation. Recordings, photographs and stories on this website were made with the people of the APY Lands over four decades. Some of the people shown or heard have since passed away. Where a family has asked, the name Kunmanara is used in place of a name.

Asking for something to be removed

If you or your family want a photograph, a recording, a video or a name taken off this website, tell us and we will remove it promptly. Call the office on (08) 8954 8177, email manager@pymedia.org.au, or use the contact form and choose “Ask for a photo, name or recording to be removed”.

Archive material

Recordings from EVTV and PY Media (1983 onwards) include ceremony, song and stories. Access to some material is restricted by the community. Who holds the rights to each recording and how to ask for access: to be confirmed with PY Media.

Wording to be approved by PY Media and reviewed by an authorised Anangu person before the site goes live.
